A carefully planned e-commerce strategy that helped generate more online business.
La Ecologica is an established health food supermarket and were looking to increase their online sales. The objective was to target La Ecologica’s existing customer base and to attract new customers to purchase its range of products. The customers’ aim was to achieve visible results within a three month period.

The first step was to define an e-commerce strategy which included analysis of the website, the buyer profile and purchasing behaviours. This was followed by a detailed study of their current SEO data, their rankings within SERPs and evaluation of La Ecologica’s blog, contents pages and social media. The e-commerce strategy was rolled out in August which achieved gains of three times the volume of web traffic and a significant increase in sales meeting the customers’ objectives.
